Shem Creek Park (leashed dogs)

Town of Mount Pleasant waterfront park with an elevated boardwalk over the marsh and tidal creek. The Town's facility record lists ADA accessible features, fishing, parking, restrooms and a walking trail; Town GIS records the Shem Creek Greenway Trail as 0.91 miles of boardwalk. FEE: none. LEASH: this is not a designated off-leash area - Mount Pleasant's ordinances require dogs to be leashed in every public area of Town, including parks, sidewalks and shopping centers, and Ordinance 90.54 requires a collar or harness with a rabies vaccination tag for dogs over six months.
