Most real estate sites publish a portal's estimate and call it a market report. This one publishes the record. Every one of the 3,481 homes in these seven neighborhoods was matched to its Charleston County parcel record, one at a time, and what is published is what the recorded deeds say — with the sample size shown, and with any figure held back entirely when the count is too thin to mean anything.
The same rule runs through the local guide. Every restaurant, beach access, school, playground, rec facility and music venue on this site carries an address and a website that was opened and checked, not copied from a directory. When something could not be verified, the page says so.
