UNDER CONSTRUCTION — NOT OPEN. The town broke ground in March 2026 and construction completion is scheduled for Fall 2027. Budget $40 million. The site spans roughly 106 acres with development intentionally limited to about 39 acres, with designated tree-save areas. Planned facilities include a playground, a two-court indoor gymnasium, program rooms for music, art, dance and camp activities, 3.5 lighted rectangular athletic fields, tennis courts, pickleball courts, picnic pavilions, a trail system, a boardwalk over the existing wetlands, and a direct connection to the Mount Pleasant Way shared-use path. Planned environmental features include a native pollinator garden, a fully native planting palette, wildlife nesting boxes near the wetland areas, and planted bioswales and vegetated pond buffers. Bike racks and pedestrian access points are part of the design. No amenity, restroom, shade, fencing or parking details can be confirmed until construction is complete; the design emphasizes accessibility and trail connectivity.

Jim farms seven Mount Pleasant neighborhoods specifically — not “the Charleston area.” That is the whole point of this index: one agent who knows which street floods, which floor plan appraises, and what the last eleven sales actually closed at, because he keeps the record himself.
