PARTIALLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND NO PUBLIC PLAYGROUND LISTED. The town-owned public complex here consists of four lighted multi-purpose rectangular fields, 200 parking spaces, an entrance road and a storage building from Phase I. Phase II brought water and sewer service, a centralized restroom, a concession stand, a meeting room building and an open lawn area. Phase III is in progress and covers up to four additional fields, two outdoor multipurpose courts and additional parking. An adjacent 29-acre parcel is designated as passive park with a running and walking trail. A turf baseball field is complete but was not yet open to the public pending punch-list work, restroom building security and fence work. The town's facility record for this site lists no playground. RESTROOMS: centralized restroom building from Phase II; availability tied to field programming. SHADE: minimal — the fields are open and exposed. PARKING: free, no gate fee. Important distinction: the pool with zero-entry water features, the nautical-themed playground, the Lake Club at Bolden Lake and the dog park marketed under the Carolina Park name are private amenities of the residential community, not public town facilities, and are not open to the general public.

Jim farms seven Mount Pleasant neighborhoods specifically — not “the Charleston area.” That is the whole point of this index: one agent who knows which street floods, which floor plan appraises, and what the last eleven sales actually closed at, because he keeps the record himself.
