41st Avenue at the Intracoastal Waterway, Isle of Palms, SC 29451 (City offices 1207 Palm Blvd)

City-owned 50-slip full-service marina on the back (Intracoastal) side of the island, with a double-wide public boat ramp that is well lit and secured, floating docks with city water, cable TV and complimentary wireless internet, and private showers for transient boaters. The Outpost is the on-site marina store. PARKING: free parking for IOP residents across the entire marina site — vehicles and boat trailers must display a valid IOP resident decal/digital permit. Operating hours and slip fees are handled by the marina operator, not published on the City page.
