Breach Inlet Boat Landing

Palm Boulevard at Breach Inlet, Isle of Palms, SC 29451

Websiteisleofpalms.govMapDirections

City of Isle of Palms boat landing at the south end of the island. Access is by annual permit only, running January through December with no partial-year option: $100 for full-time residents, $200 for all others. Applicants must supply proof of $300,000 liability insurance coverage, a completed residency agreement (separate forms for residents and non-residents), and the fee, payable by cash, check, money order or online. Swimming at Breach Inlet is prohibited — the water beside this landing carries the multi-directional tidal current that has caused repeated drownings.

Jim farms seven Mount Pleasant neighborhoods specifically — not “the Charleston area.” That is the whole point of this index: one agent who knows which street floods, which floor plan appraises, and what the last eleven sales actually closed at, because he keeps the record himself.
