Websitenorthcharlestoncoliseumpac.comTicketsMapDirections

The region's largest indoor arena plus an adjacent seated performing arts center, sharing one campus, box office and website. The Coliseum handles arena-scale touring concerts and is home to the SC Stingrays hockey team; the Performing Arts Center handles seated theater-scale shows. Seating capacities are not published on the venue's own site. Programming on the current calendar: country (Travis Tritt, Sugarland), Christian and contemporary worship (MercyMe), touring Broadway, arena comedy (Gabriel Iglesias) and live podcasts. It also hosts North Charleston Arts Fest events each spring. Age policy is per event; most shows are all-ages with ticketed lap-child policies. Large free on-site surface parking - the practical contrast with the peninsula rooms. Roughly 12-14 miles from Mount Pleasant via I-526, about 20-25 minutes, no Ravenel Bridge.

Jim farms seven Mount Pleasant neighborhoods specifically — not “the Charleston area.” That is the whole point of this index: one agent who knows which street floods, which floor plan appraises, and what the last eleven sales actually closed at, because he keeps the record himself.
