Five-day multidisciplinary arts festival produced by the City of North Charleston Cultural Arts Department; 2026 was the 43rd annual and ran April 29-May 3, 2026, with 2027 dates not yet announced (the festival consistently lands in the late-April-to-early-May window). Music is one of the five named disciplines alongside Dance, Theatre, Visual Arts and Literature. The festival states that all events are free. Venues are spread across the city - libraries, community centers, businesses, parks, the Park Circle Community Building at 4800 Park Circle, and the North Charleston Performing Arts Center. Because everything is free and venue-hosted, there is no ticket page; the events calendar lists times and locations. Age policy varies by event, with much of the programming family-oriented. Free parking at the participating community venues. Roughly 10-14 miles from Mount Pleasant via I-526 depending on which venue, about 20-25 minutes, no Ravenel Bridge.
