Annual indoor jazz festival held every Labor Day weekend at the Charleston Gaillard Center, presented by the Gaillard in partnership with TC Entertainment and Explore Charleston. 2026 dates were September 4-6, 2026, across three ticketed concert sessions in the 1,818-seat Rivers Performance Hall. Genres as programmed: contemporary and smooth jazz, R&B and soul - the 2026 bill included Vincent Ingala, Lakecia Benjamin, Peter White, Anthony Hamilton, Keiko Matsui, Jonathan Butler, Rick Braun and Richard Elliot. Because it is a seated indoor festival, tickets are sold per session through the Gaillard box office (843-724-5212) rather than as a grounds pass. All-ages seated; every attendee needs a ticket. Parking is the Gaillard garage plus surrounding city garages and metered street - Labor Day weekend downtown parking fills, so arrive early. About 5 miles from Mount Pleasant over the Ravenel Bridge.
