The City's two paid beach lots, a block behind Front Beach. Open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; paid parking enforced March 1 through October 31, seven days a week including holidays. RATES (all day, plus $3.00/hour after 4:00 p.m.): March $10; April $15; May 1 through Labor Day $15 Monday-Friday and $25 Saturday, Sunday and holidays; September after Labor Day $15; October $10. Weekly pass $100, valid for one vehicle for seven consecutive days, Lots A and B only. Pay at a kiosk or by mobile — scan the QR code or text the code on the sign, enter your license plate and cell number; $0.35 convenience fee; a text reminder arrives 15 minutes before the session expires. Mobile payment help line 843-929-5043. Failure to pay is a $50.00 violation. Lot A has accessible parking, free for vehicles displaying the appropriate plate or placard; disabled veteran and Purple Heart plates are also exempt from paid parking.
