The town publishes: "For Town-owned roads, submit a Report a Concern form or call (843) 849-2022. For State-owned roads, please complete a Maintenance Work Request form." The Report a Concern pothole form is at tompsc.com/forms.aspx?FID=114; the Report a Concern hub is tompsc.com/437/Report-a-Concern and the request tracker is tompsc.com/requesttracker.aspx. The same hub carries forms for Blocked Storm Drain (FID=117), Illegal Dumping (FID=118), Low Tree Limbs (FID=115) and Street Sign Missing (FID=116). To find out whether a street is town-maintained, the town says to call Engineering & Development Services at (843) 856-3080. Broken or fallen street signs: Town roads — Public Services (843) 849-2022; State roads — SCDOT (843) 740-1665; County roads — Charleston County (843) 202-6140.
