Corroborated by FEMA's Community Status Book report for South Carolina generated 09/04/2026, which lists Mount Pleasant, Town of, CID 455417B, CRS entry 10/01/94, current effective 04/01/26, class 5, 25%. FEMA's CRS class-to-discount schedule: Class 1 = 45%, 2 = 40%, 3 = 35%, 4 = 30%, 5 = 25%, 6 = 20%, 7 = 15%, 8 = 10%, 9 = 5%, 10 = 0%.
