Town of Mount Pleasant. Develops intersection alternatives to improve traffic flow and safety at Long Point Road at Wando Park Boulevard and at Long Point Road at Shipping Lane, potentially including additional turn lanes and a connection between Shipping Lane and Wando Park Boulevard, plus bicycle and pedestrian connectivity, in the area between the Wando Welch Terminal and I-526. A virtual public meeting ran June 15-30, 2020. The Town filed this page under Completed Projects, but the status text on the page reads only "Signal contractor to mobilize in" and is cut off, with no completion date and no cost published (checked Sept 4, 2026). Status is unclear from the Town's own page. This work overlaps geographically with SCDOT's I-526 at Long Point Road interchange project.

Jim farms seven Mount Pleasant neighborhoods specifically — not “the Charleston area.” That is the whole point of this index: one agent who knows which street floods, which floor plan appraises, and what the last eleven sales actually closed at, because he keeps the record himself.
