Reconstructed Coleman Boulevard between Mill Street and Pherigo Street with stormwater, roadway and utility upgrades, an adaptive traffic signal system along Coleman Boulevard, bus pullouts and shelters, expanded bicycle and pedestrian facilities, decorative street lighting, wayfinding, landscaped medians and an activity zone. Total project $18.2 million — roadway portion $14.74M, utility portion $3.46M. Contractor Blythe Development of Charlotte, NC. Start date September 11, 2017; completion October 2019.
