Town of Mount Pleasant. Extended All American Boulevard from its former terminus near Wholesale Appliance to the Park West Boulevard roundabout near US 17, serving as a frontage road to US 17 for motorists, pedestrians and cyclists. Ribbon cutting held Wednesday, November 12, 2025; the roadway is open. Construction cost as published: roadwork approximately $4,000,000; Mount Pleasant Waterworks approximately $2,000,000. The Laurel Park Trail connection to All American Boulevard is a one-way egress only — residents may exit the neighborhood but motorists cannot enter from All American Boulevard, enforced by a "Do Not Enter" sign, a design set after input from the Laurel Grove HOA.
