New FREE Town of Mount Pleasant outdoor music series on the lawn at the G.M. Darby Building on Pitt Street in the Old Village - the Town's first regular concert programming in that neighborhood. Inaugural event Friday, May 15, 2026, 6:00-8:00pm, with the Rosemead Ramblers (bluegrass, country and rock duo). Free admission. Food trucks on site; attendees bring their own chairs or blankets, seating first-come first-served. CAVEATS: this series is documented in local press coverage rather than on a dedicated Town web page, the exact Pitt Street street number could not be verified from the Town's own site, and whether it recurs beyond the inaugural date is not confirmed.
