Free outdoor acoustic guitar series sponsored by the Daniel Island Community Fund, held at the Waterfront Park pavilion. Recent seasons ran Thursday afternoons 4:30-7:30 p.m.; an earlier season ran Tuesdays 5-7 p.m. through August. Free, no tickets. Attendees bring a chair or blanket and their own picnic. Performers have included Hank Futch, Rotie Salley, Eric Vaughn and Chris Crosby. Weather can delay, shorten or cancel a date; the Daniel Island POA Facebook page carries updates and the current season's dates, which are not posted as a fixed annual calendar. Drive from Mount Pleasant: about 10-15 minutes via I-526.
