CCPRC publishes no launch fee and no parking fee for its boat landings; the landing pages state only that "Fees and hours are subject to change." CCPRC states landings are "self-managed facilities and not staffed at all times." Shem Creek is one of two CCPRC landings (with W.O. Thomas, Jr.) carrying a life-preserver loaner program supplied by a private business, first-come first-served. Verified 2026-09-04.
