Historic District Preservation Commission (HDPC)

Meets the second Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m. at 100 Ann Edwards Lane, unless otherwise noted on the annual meeting schedule. "The submittal deadline is four-weeks prior to each meeting." "All written correspondence must be received two business days prior to the meeting" and becomes part of the public record. Scope, per the Town: "The Historic District Preservation Commission (HDPC) is an architectural review board charged with the protection, preservation, and enhancement of the architecture within the town's historic district. The board reviews all exterior changes to buildings and property. Approval from the board must be received prior to starting any demolition, construction, or alteration project within the district." Boundary caution from the Town: "The Historic District Map allows access to the 2010 property cards. Any changes to the historic designation after 2010 are not reflected on the Historic District Map and should be verified by staff prior to moving forward with any plans."
