The Town of Sullivan's Island does issue resident re-entry credentials, and Sullivan's Island is Charleston County Zone A. The Town publishes: "Resident only re-entry hanging tags may be obtained at Town Hall upon the presentation of your driver's license with your Sullivan's Island address on it or a deed of ownership," and "These tags are for residents and property owners only, not visitors, guests, extended family or contractors." Town communications state that only two tags are issued per household without exception, that applications may only be made in person at Town Hall, and that the previous red square windshield stickers are no longer accepted. Relevant to Mount Pleasant only in that Ben Sawyer Bridge is the published re-entry Traffic Control Point between the two, staffed per the county plan by Sullivan's Island. Checked 2026-09-04. Anyone relying on the two-tag limit or the retired-sticker statement should confirm with Town Hall, as those specifics appear in Town newsletters and administrator messages rather than on the standing Emergency Preparedness page.

Jim farms seven Mount Pleasant neighborhoods specifically — not “the Charleston area.” That is the whole point of this index: one agent who knows which street floods, which floor plan appraises, and what the last eleven sales actually closed at, because he keeps the record himself.
