Isle of Palms hurricane re-entry decals

The City of Isle of Palms issues hurricane re-entry decals tied to its resident parking permit. The City publishes: "The Isle of Palms Police Department automatically sends out Hurricane Re-entry decals once your parking permit request is approved." Isle of Palms is Charleston County Zone A. The published re-entry Traffic Control Point is the "IOP Connector at Rifle Range Rd (Isle of Palms)" — inside Mount Pleasant town limits. Cost and issuance timing for the decal are not stated on the page; those follow the parking permit process. Checked 2026-09-04. Note the City's domain moved from iop.net to isleofpalms.gov; the old address returns HTTP 301.

Jim farms seven Mount Pleasant neighborhoods specifically — not “the Charleston area.” That is the whole point of this index: one agent who knows which street floods, which floor plan appraises, and what the last eleven sales actually closed at, because he keeps the record himself.
