The Shoppes at Seaside Farms

1965 Riviera Drive, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464

Websitethebeachcompany.comMapDirections

Open-air center on the Mount Pleasant side of the Isle of Palms Connector, bounded by Rifle Range Road and the Connector; suites are addressed on Riviera Drive, Long Grove Drive and surrounding streets. Owned by The Beach Company. Approximately 133,206 SF, 423 parking spaces, marketed as 40+ shops. ANCHOR DEPARTED: Harris Teeter closed its Seaside Farms store at the end of May 2025 after 12 years; the space at the rear of the center has been taken by CR Design Center, a home-products showroom for designers, builders and remodelers. The owner's own web page still lists Harris Teeter as a flagship anchor — that listing is stale and should not be repeated. Remaining anchor: Target (1300 Long Grove Drive, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464, 843-388-1973), the only Target in Mount Pleasant. Other tenants include Basil, Opal, Crave, Yamato Japanese Steakhouse, Olympic Physical Therapy, plus salon, massage and chiropractic services and home-decor and apparel shops.

Jim Deutsch

Charleston REALTOR® · eXp Realty LLC – Charleston (SC)

Jim farms seven Mount Pleasant neighborhoods specifically — not “the Charleston area.” That is the whole point of this index: one agent who knows which street floods, which floor plan appraises, and what the last eleven sales actually closed at, because he keeps the record himself.
