Websiteedens.comMapDirections

Strip center on Coleman Blvd near the Old Village; parcels run 604-644 and 646 Coleman Blvd. Opened August 1963 as Moultrie Shopping Center with W.T. Grant as the original anchor; that store is long gone. Owner data lists roughly 100,000-105,000 SF. CHANGED HANDS: EDENS bought the property in 2023 for $28.5 million from GMB LLC (George Brewer), which had held it since the mid-1980s. Largest current tenants per the owner: Steven Shell Living (approx. 46,630 SF furniture/home), Bottles wine and spirits (approx. 15,070 SF), Nantucket Meat & Fish Market (approx. 7,200 SF). Additional tenants: Baby Bloomers, Blue Sky Endurance, Get Carried Away, Pedego Electric Bikes, Salon Alexandria, Sloane, Village Emporium, United Community Bank, Great Clips. One suite (approx. 5,915 SF) listed as available. PENDING CHANGE: EDENS has proposed adding two outbuildings fronting Coleman Blvd and removing the plaza's clock tower (built circa 1997) — not built as of this writing.

Jim farms seven Mount Pleasant neighborhoods specifically — not “the Charleston area.” That is the whole point of this index: one agent who knows which street floods, which floor plan appraises, and what the last eleven sales actually closed at, because he keeps the record himself.
