CHANGED HANDS: EDENS bought the property in 2023 for $28.5 million from GMB LLC (George Brewer), which had held it since the mid-1980s. Largest current tenants per the owner: Steven Shell Living (approx. 46,630 SF furniture/home), Bottles wine and spirits (approx. 15,070 SF), Nantucket Meat & Fish Market (approx. 7,200 SF). PENDING CHANGE: EDENS has proposed adding two outbuildings fronting Coleman Blvd and removing the plaza's clock tower (built circa 1997) — not built as of this writing.
