Oyster Park

Newer five-acre mixed-use development of seven four-story buildings with a private parking garage, built as ground-floor retail with sidewalk dining, shade-covered walkways, street-front entrances and pocket parks under residential floors. About 33,000 sq ft is currently dedicated to restaurants and retail; at full build-out the project is planned at nearly half a million sq ft including 270 residences, 150,000 sq ft of retail and 50,000 sq ft of office. Retail tenants include Dear Lucy Shoes, The Works Cycle, Findings Boutique and Clean Your Dirty Face. This is the clearest example of the walkable, urbanized redevelopment pattern the Coleman-area overlay plans were written to allow.
