Oceanside Collegiate Academy

Public charter high school, grades 9-12, authorized by the Charter Institute at Erskine (not Charleston County School District). Tuition-free, as a public charter; no attendance zone — admission is by application with a lottery, with priority for returning students and their siblings. The school advertises an honors curriculum in grades 9-10 and a dual-enrollment curriculum in grades 11-12 taught by OCA faculty and vetted by Trident Technical College, with college credit at no cost to families and up to 60 college credits available toward an associate degree. 1:1 technology; split AM (7:30-11:20) / PM (11:45-3:35) schedule. Enrollment capped at 675 students. Athletics offered per the school's own athletics site: baseball, basketball (M/W), cheerleading, cross country, football, golf (M/W), lacrosse (M/W), soccer (M/W), softball, swimming, tennis (M/W), track & field, volleyball (M/W), wrestling.
