Selected published transportation figures: general office building $3.91/sq ft; medical-dental office $12.98/sq ft; shopping center 150-300k sq ft $9.47/sq ft; strip retail plaza under 40k sq ft $11.78/sq ft; supermarket $25.71/sq ft; hotel $2,879.81/room; fast-food restaurant with drive-thru $75.82/sq ft; coffee/donut shop with drive-thru $86.54/sq ft; convenience store/gas station 2-4k sq ft $28,666.87 per fueling position; self-service car wash $20,241.54 per stall; general light industrial $1.76/sq ft; warehousing $0.62/sq ft; private school K-12 $818.27/student. Land uses with ITE pass-by data are reduced by the average p.m. peak-hour pass-by rate; uses not listed are determined by the Planning Director in consultation with the Transportation Director.
