Johnson Hagood Stadium

68 Hagood Avenue, Charleston, SC 29403

Websitecitadelsports.comMapDirections

Home football stadium of The Citadel Bulldogs (NCAA Division I FCS, Southern Conference). Opened October 16, 1948; current capacity 11,427 since a 2017 reconfiguration. Named for Brigadier General Johnson Hagood. Listed as the intended home venue by BOTH unconfirmed pro-football startups above — the APFL's South Carolina Seawolves (three home games, spring 2027) and MLF's South Carolina Brigade (split with Charleston Southern). The Citadel has not publicly confirmed a lease or use agreement with either party. Two competing claims on the same field, neither documented, is itself a reason for caution.

Jim farms seven Mount Pleasant neighborhoods specifically — not “the Charleston area.” That is the whole point of this index: one agent who knows which street floods, which floor plan appraises, and what the last eleven sales actually closed at, because he keeps the record himself.
