Firefly Distillery (outdoor venue)

The venue's own concert FAQ states tickets are sold exclusively through Ticketmaster (Ticketmaster venue ID 369869; also a Live Nation venue page). Firefly does not operate a box office during normal business hours and tickets cannot be bought at the distillery on non-show days — on show days only, a box office runs from a red trailer near the main gates, typically opening 1 hour before GA doors and closing 1 hour before the show ends. The site is cashless: concessions, retail and all venue points of sale take credit, debit or mobile pay only, though independent food-truck vendors may vary. Capacity roughly 2,000. Ticket problems are handled by Ticketmaster, not the venue. Some non-concert events (e.g. Charleston Jazz) have used Etix instead.
