Structure: pay-by-the-hour drop-in with no commitment, plus discounted prepaid hour blocks in increments of 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours, and a membership tier that discounts both drop-in care and other programs. A yearly registration fee of $40 per family is collected at the first visit.
