THIS IS THE FREESTANDING EMERGENCY ROOM IN MOUNT PLEASANT. Freestanding emergency department (FSER), a part of Trident Hospital, HCA Healthcare. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, staffed by board-certified emergency physicians. Opened for patient care August 18, 2026. Located just off I-526 on Long Point Road, across from the Belle Hall Shopping Center. Patients needing inpatient or intensive care are transferred to the main Trident Hospital campus.
